IT systems audit and consulting
The problem
You have tools, files, habits, and the feeling that it could all work better — without knowing where to start, or what it would cost. The proposals you receive are catalogues of solutions, not answers to your situation.
What we do
We come and see how you really work. We examine your equipment, your software, your data flows, your backups and your risks. Then we hand you a written document, readable by a general management as well as by a technician.
What you receive
- A complete overview of your information system
- The list of your risks, ranked by severity, with their concrete consequences
- A costed 12-month action plan, step by step
- A one-hour verbal debrief with your teams
What is not included
Carrying out the recommended actions, which is the subject of a separate proposal. You remain free to entrust them to whoever you want, including another provider.
Custom development
The problem
Your business relies on a process that off-the-shelf software cannot handle. You manage it in spreadsheets, notebooks and WhatsApp conversations. It works, until the day volume increases.
What we do
We build the application that matches exactly the way you work. We start with a written scoping document, we develop in stages, and we show you the result at the end of each one — not only at the end of the project.
What you receive
- A web or mobile application in production, usable by your teams
- The complete source code, which belongs to you
- The technical documentation and the user guide
- Training for your users
- Three months of bug fixes, free of charge
What is not included
Functional changes requested after delivery, which are covered by a written amendment accepted before execution.

Managed IT and support
The problem
You have no in-house IT team, and you cannot afford one. When something breaks, you look for someone in a hurry, and you pay the price of urgency.
What we do
We take charge of the day-to-day running of your IT, for a monthly amount known in advance.
What you receive
- Monitoring of your servers and applications
- Regular backups, and above all verified ones — a backup that nobody has ever tested is not a backup
- Security updates
- Support with a contractual response time
- A monthly report of what was done
What is not included
Replacement of faulty hardware and improvement projects, billed separately.
Digital tools training
The problem
You have invested in tools that your teams only half use. It is not a software problem, it is a problem of adoption.
What we do
We train your teams on the tools they actually use, based on your own documents and your own cases. No theoretical course.
What you receive
- In-person sessions in Cotonou or remote
- A training handbook for each participant
- Exercises built on your real files
- A named training certificate
- One month of questions and answers after the session
Equipment and graphic design
What we do
We supply, install and configure your IT and office equipment. We also create your visual materials: visual identity, business cards, letterhead, commercial documents.
What you receive
- Equipment selected for your actual use and budget, delivered and configured
- Transfer of your data from the old equipment
- Graphic designs delivered in their source files
